About Jill

Born and raised on  the shores Lake Washington in Kirkland,  Jill has over 20 years of experience working in healthcare. She is excited to open her private mental health counseling practice, Mountain Trauma Counseling  in the fall of 2024 in the historic town of Roslyn, WA. Jill  enjoys all things water and has adapted remarkably well  to the wilds of the Cascade Range  given her innately reserved nature and fear of bears.  In her spare time, she enjoys reading, music and writing.

Jill is an LMHCA who provides in-person and tele-health therapy sessions to individuals 21 years and older who are Washington state residents. She specializes in working with clients that have experienced traumatic life events that now want to heal their relationship with themselves or relationships with others.  Issues and symptoms that may be addressed in sessions include depression, anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, and attachments. Jill  pulls from several therapeutic approaches and theories to address clinical concerns.
